در تاریخ ۳ ژانویه ۲۰۲۶، دولت آقای ترامپ با اقدام به حملهای نظامی، غافلگیرانه و مستقیم به ونزوئلا، رئیسجمهوراین کشور و همسرش را ربوده و برخی از مراکز استراتژیک دفاع ملی را بمباران کرد. این اقدام نه تنها نقض آشکار اصول حقوق بینالملل و منشور سازمان ملل متحد است، بلکه از نظر شیوه اجرا، نوعی رفتار گانگستری است که جای گفتگو و دیپلماسی را گرفته است.
گرچه، انتخاباتی که مادورو خود را پیروز آن اعلام کرد توسط بسیاری از مراجع بین المللی، از جمله اتحادیه اروپا، تقلب آمیز اعلام شده است، با این حال دست زدن به چنین اقدامی از سوی یکی از اعضای دایمی شورای امنیت سازمان ملل که قدرتمندترین ارتش جهان را در اختیار دارد، نشانهای از بحران مشروعیت، ناکامی در پیشبرد سیاستهای بینالمللی و ناتوانی در جلب اعتماد جهانیان است.
تجربههای تلخ گذشته بهروشنی نشان دادهاند که بهرهبرداری از بحرانها بهمنظور کنترل منابع طبیعی سایر کشورها، پیامدهایی فاجعهبار برای ملتها و صلح جهانی به همراه داشته است.
این اقدام خودسرانه رییس جمهوری ایالات متحده مقدمه نقض حقوق شهروندی خود مردم امریکا خواهد بود، که نتایج مخرب آن بردوش شهروندان آن کشور سنگینی خواهد کرد.
ما تأکید میکنیم که احترام به حق تعیین سرنوشت ملتها و اجتناب از تحمیل اراده از طریق قدرت نظامی، از شروط اساسی برای تحقق صلح پایدار و همزیستی مسالمتآمیز در جهان امروز است. سرنوشت سیاسی، اقتصادی و اجتماعی هر کشور باید بهدست مردم آن کشور و از طریق فرآیندهای دموکراتیک و مسالمتآمیز تعیین شود. این تحولات بار دیگر زنگ خطر را نسبت به گسترش بیثباتی، خشونت، و تهدید فزاینده علیه صلح و امنیت بینالمللی به صدا درآورده است.
ما تجاوز و حمله نظامی دولت ایالات متحده آمریکا به کشور ونزوئلا را با قاطعیت محکوم میکنیم. این اقدام خشونتآمیز، نقض صریح منشور سازمان ملل متحد، اصول بنیادین حقوق بینالملل و حاکمیت ملی کشورهاست، و بار دیگر نشان میدهد که توسل به زور جایگزینی خطرناک و غیرقابل قبول برای راهحلهای سیاسی و دیپلماتیک است.

We condemn the military aggression and violation of the national sovereignty
of the Venezuelan people
On 3 January 2026, Mr. Trump’s administration launched a surprise military aggression on Venezuela, kidnapping the President of the country and his wife and bombing some strategic national defence centres. This action is not only a clear violation of the principles of international law and the Charter of the United Nations, but also, in terms of its implementation, amounts to gangster behaviour that has replaced dialogue and diplomacy.
Although the elections in which Maduro declared himself as the winner, has been declared fraudulent by many international authorities, including the European Union, such an action by a permanent member of the UN Security Council that has the most powerful army in the world is a sign of a crisis of legitimacy, a failure to conduct peaceful international policies and an inability to gain the trust of the world.
Past bitter experiences have clearly shown that exploiting crises to control the natural resources of other countries has had disastrous consequences for nations and the world peace.
This arbitrary action by the President of the United States will be a prelude to violating the civil rights of the American people themselves, the destructive consequences of which will weigh heavily on the citizens of that country.
We emphasize that respect for the right of nations to self-determination and avoidance of imposing their will through military force are fundamental conditions for achieving lasting peace and peaceful coexistence in today’s world. The political, economic, and social fate of each country must be determined by its people through democratic and peaceful processes. These developments have once again sounded the alarm about the spread of instability, violence, and the growing threat to international peace and security.
We firmly condemn the aggression and military attack by the United States government on Venezuela. This act of violence again demonstrates that resorting to force is a dangerous and unacceptable alternative to political and diplomatic solutions.
